RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee from the date you receive your purchase, matching the risk-free trial described on our product pages. If more than 90 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement.

To return an item under the 90-day guarantee:

1. Contact customer service first to obtain an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
2. Include all original accessories and pack the item so it is protected in transit.
3. Ship the item only to the return facility address confirmed by our customer service team.
4. Used wellness devices may be returned under this 90-day guarantee. That is the policy advertised as the risk-free trial. Please wipe the device clean before shipping.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable products
• Items returned damaged by the customer after delivery (unless covered by the arrival-defect replacement process above)

To process your return, confirm the facility address with customer service at support@biocorerenew.com or call 1-888-844-4024, and provide your tracking number. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds can take additional time to appear on your statement after we process the return.

The 90-day guarantee is a refund or exchange of the purchase price for the returned item. It is not a promise that the product will relieve pain, treat a medical condition, or produce any specific health result.
